This spacious house sits at the entrance to the sitio, surrounded by native trees and plants.
On one side of the house, a large covered car port has room for two vehicles. On the other, a cool tile roofed terrace provides shade and hammocks.
Inside the house, the ground floor is split between a kitchen – fully equipped, with a gas oven – and dining area, separated by a breakfast bar; and a lounge, which can also convert into a twin bedroom if needed. There’s also a bathroom with shower and WC, and a utility room.
Upstairs is divided into four sleeping areas, with various possible configurations of single and double beds. A further bathroom with shower and WC is ensuite with two of the rooms.
